Sand Animation Booking Terms
Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and required deposit payment.
Advance Booking: Minimum advance notice is recommended to allow sufficient time for concept development, storyboard creation, and technical coordination.
Customization: Customized performances require client approval of the concept/storyboard before final production begins.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date, with the remaining balance due before or on the event date as agreed.
Event Details: Client must provide complete event information, including venue details, schedule, technical contacts, and performance requirements.
Technical Requirements: Client/event organizer is responsible for providing the agreed technical setup unless otherwise arranged with the artist.
Changes & Cancellations: Any major changes to the approved concept, event date, or venue may require additional fees or availability confirmation.
Travel & Additional Costs: Travel, accommodation, or additional production requirements outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately if applicable.
Performance Rights: The artist reserves the right to showcase photos/videos of the performance for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production Process
Step 1: Brief & Concept
Client shares event details, theme, brand message, and desired story.
Step 2: Storyboard Development
Artist creates the visual sequence, transitions, and key moments for approval.
Step 3: Creative Production
Artwork is prepared, timing is synchronized with music, and technical requirements are finalized.
Step 4: Technical Coordination
Coordinate with the event production team for stage setup, camera, LED screen, lighting, and sound checks.
Step 5: Event Day Execution
Artist completes setup, technical rehearsal, and delivers the live sand animation performance.
Step 6: Final Reveal
The story concludes with a memorable final artwork, logo reveal, or event message.
